1. Approve such forms which are applied:
1.1. Bids for receipt of the right to partial compensation of leasing payments under the agreement of financial leasing.
1.2. Certificates of receipt of the right to partial compensation of leasing payments under the agreement of financial leasing at the expense of means of the government budget.
1.3. Register of document registration of participants of tender concerning determination of the list of subjects of managing of agro-industrial complex for implementation of financial support via the mechanism of compensation of leasing payments under the signed agreements of financial leasing at the expense of means of the government budget.
1.4. The register of the companies leasing recipients which have the right to compensation of leasing payments under agreements of financial leasing.
1.5. The register of the companies leasing recipients which have the right to compensation of leasing payments under agreements of financial leasing, and the amounts of actually paid leasing payments.
1.6. Information on use of budgetary funds for implementation of compensation of leasing payments under agreements of financial leasing in the current year.
1.7. Information on use of budgetary funds for implementation of compensation of leasing payments under the signed agreements of financial leasing by predpriyatiylizingopoluchatel and lessors.
