"4.20. Goods, materials and the equipment imported within the project for construction of the cement works making the skvazhinno-grouting cement meeting the API standards (American Petroleum Institute), with a production capacity of 5000 (five thousand) tons of clinkers a day or 2 (two) one million tons of cement a year.".
2. This resolution becomes effective in 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication and is effective till January 1, 2014.
