About reorganization of some average professional educational institutions

According to Item and) parts (7) Article 40-1 and part (5) Article 62 of the Education law No. 547-XIII of July 21, 1995. 1. Reorganize the following average professional educational institutions by accession:

Professional school No. 1, Kupchin, the area Edinets, - by accession of Professional school No. 2, Kupchin, the area Edinets;

Professional school No. 1, Kriulen, - by accession of Professional school No. 2, Kriulen;

Professional school, Mr. Orkhey, - by accession of Professional school, the village of Cucuruzeny de Sus, the area Orkhey.

2. Transfer of material, didactic and housing base of educational institutions which join other educational institutions is performed according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of the state companies, the organizations, organizations, their divisions, buildings, constructions of fixed assets and other assets approved by the Order of the Government No. 688 of October 9, 1995. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 10, the Art. 45), with subsequent changes and amendments.

3. To perform release of employees of the reorganized educational institutions specified in Item 1 of this Resolution according to the labor law.

4. To the agency of land relations and inventory by means of territorial cadastral offices, based on the application submitted by applicants to make to cadastral documents the changes following from provisions of this Resolution according to the current legislation.
