About creation of Center of Commercialization of Technologies limited liability partnership

For the purpose of implementation of the Agreement on loan (the project of commercialization of technologies) between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development of the February 2, 2008 (loan number 48840-KZ) ratified by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 19, 2008, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create Center of Commercialization of Technologies limited liability partnership (further - partnership) with absolute share of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of partnership coordinating, realization and project management of commercialization of technologies, ensuring strengthening of scientific basis and communication of science with the markets.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation forming of the authorized capital in the amount of 170000 (hundred seventy thousand) tenges at the expense of the funds allocated from the republican budget for 2012 within the Commercialization of Technologies project.

4. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan approval of the charter of partnership and its state registration in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) transfer to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights of possession and use of the state share of partnership;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
