1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 31, 2008 No. 80 "About approval of Rules of licensing and the qualification requirements imposed to activities for collection (procurement), storage, conversion and realization by legal entities of scrap and waste of non-ferrous and ferrous metals" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 3, the Art. 41) the following changes:
Heading to state 1) in the following edition:
"About approval of the qualification requirements imposed to activities for collection (procurement), storage, conversion and realization by legal entities of scrap and waste of non-ferrous and ferrous metals";
Item 1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1. Approve the enclosed qualification requirements imposed to activities for collection (procurement), storage, conversion and realization by legal entities of scrap and waste of non-ferrous and ferrous metals.";
3) the qualification requirements to activities for collection (procurement), storage, conversion and realization by legal entities of scrap and waste of non-ferrous and ferrous metals approved by the specified resolution to be reworded as follows according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after official publication.
