About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 1407 of December 10, 2008

In the Regulations on implementation of public procurements from one source approved by the Order of the Government No. 1407 of December 10, 2008. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 226-229, of the Art. 1425), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

in Item 21:

in the subitem and) shall be replaced with words the words "communications" "the fixed telephone communication";

introduce subitems e), f) and g) the following content:

"e) the medical services provided by public medical and sanitary organizations according to the Single catalog of rates approved by the Government;

f) the services in continuous professional training of medical and pharmaceutical personnel provided by the public institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Health according to the rates approved by the Government;

g) services in development of tests for final examinations and the Olympic Games for primary and douniversitetsky education, and also the services in their assessment and consideration provided according to regulations of time and expenses on the organization and holding final examinations in system of douniversitetsky education, and also conducting testing upon completion of primary education, approved by the Government".
