"Article 182-1. Torture

(1) Torture, that is intentional causing by the official or the other person acting in official quality or from their permission or acquiescence to any person of severe pain or physical or moral suffering for the purpose of obtaining from it or from the third party of data or recognition, its punishment for the action made by it or the third party or of making of which it is suspected, and also intimidations or coercions it or the third party, or for any reason based on discrimination of any nature

it is punished by imprisonment for a period of three up to eight years with deprivation of the right to hold certain position or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years.

(2) the Acts provided by part one of this Article if they are made:

a) concerning women, minors or persons with strong indications of disability;

b) concerning person, obviously for the guilty person who was down and out or with use of defenseless condition of the victim;

h) concerning two or more persons;

d) two or more persons without previous concert or group of persons by previous concert;

e) concerning person or his relatives in connection with accomplishment by this person of the office or social duty;

f) in the conditions of war or threat of war, internal political instability or other any emergency or warlike situation,

are punished by imprisonment for a period of five up to ten years with deprivation of the right to hold certain position or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to three years.
