About modification and amendments in the Order GGNI No. 284 of April 19, 2012
Based on Article 133, parts (1), letter c) the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (special release is repeatedly published of 8:02 in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova. 2007, 4), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER to p.:
1. The order GGNI No. 284 of April 19, 2012 "About departure and receipt of electronic documents by means of the automated information system of creation and turnover of electronic documents between the State Tax Administration and financial institutions" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 99-102, Article 645) changes and supplemented according to following:
a) In Item 1 of the order "on June 1, 2012" to replace syntagma with syntagma "on September 1, 2012".
b) In Item 17 of the Instruction on departure and receipt of electronic documents by means of the automated information system of creation and turnover of electronic documents between the State Tax Administration and financial institutions to replace syntagma of "http://dceif.fisc.md" with syntagma of "https://dceif.fisc.md".
c) To add Item 58 of the Instruction on departure and receipt of electronic documents by means of the automated information system of creation and turnover of electronic documents between the State Tax Administration and financial institutions with words at the end:
"Process of providing continuity of work in case of incident is regulated according to the procedure, established by the Main state tax authorities together with the Operator and participants of AIS SOED".
d) To change and be reworded as follows appendix to the Instruction about departure and receipt of electronic documents by means of the automated information system of creation and turnover of electronic documents between the State Tax Administration and financial institutions it (is applied).
2. To provide to management of legal support of the Main state tax authorities publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
