I. Bring in the Code of Turkmenistan about administrative offenses accepted on December 17, 1984 (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Turkmen SSR, 1984, No. 35, Art. 153; with the made changes and amendments published in Sheets of legislature of Turkmenistan), the following change and amendment:
1. Add with Article 119-3 of the following content:
"Article 119-3. Abuse of regulations of transportation of goods on vehicles
1. Cargo hauling over the amount determined by the manufacturer of the vehicle or other abuses of regulations of transportation of goods on vehicles,
attract imposing of penalty on citizens at the rate to double minimum wage.
2. Repeated within year after imposing of administrative punishment making of the actions specified in part one of this Article, and equally in the admission in officials of the specified actions
attracts imposing of penalty on citizens at the rate to fivefold minimum wage with deprivation of the right of control of vehicles for a period of up to one year, and on officials – imposing of penalty at the rate to eightfold minimum wage.".
2. In Item 3 parts two of article 215 after words "part two" to add with words "Article 119-3,".
II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
