About modification and amendments in the Technical regulation "Jam, Jelly, Jam, Puree and Other Similar Products"

1. In the Technical regulation "Jam, Jelly, Jam, Puree and Other Similar Products" approved by the Order of the Government No. 216 of February 27, 2008. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 49-50, of the Art. 311), to make the following changes and additions:

1) after the name to bring preamble of the following content:

"Provisions of this Technical regulation create necessary basis for application of the Directive of Council 2001/113/SE of December 20, 2001 about fruit jams, jelly and fruit jelly, and also the sweetened chestnut puree intended for consumption by the person";

In all text of the Technical regulation of the word "with the lowered sugar content" shall be replaced with words 2) "with reduced energy value";

in Item 3:

state the concept "fruit" of the following edition:

"fruit - fruit fresh, healthy, without damages, the basic constituent elements containing everything and rather ripe for use, after sink, removal of parts with defects, calux lobes and fruit stems. Berries, tomatoes, edible parts of stalks of rhubarb, carrots, sweet potatoes, cucumbers, vegetable marrows, melon, pumpkin, water-melon, nuts, rose-petals are considered as fruit";

3) Item 16 to add with the subitem "e)" the following content:

"e) dried";

4) in Item 25 the subitem c) to state in the following edition:

"c) on sugar content:

with mass fraction of soluble solids at least 60%;

with reduced energy value (with mass fraction of soluble solids from 30% to 60%)";

5) in Item 26 the subitem b) to state in the following edition:

"b) on sugar content:

with mass fraction of soluble solids at least 57%;

with reduced energy value (with mass fraction of soluble solids from 30% to 40%)";

6) in Item 27 the subitem c) to state in the following edition:
