About entering of amendments into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rates of insurance premiums on the national social insurance"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rates of insurance premiums on the national social insurance" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 5, the Art. 229) the following amendments:

1. Add the Law with Article 5-1 of the following content:

"Article 5-1. Rates of rates of insurance premiums for agricultural cooperatives on production of agricultural products (crop production and livestock production)

1. Rates of insurance premiums for agricultural cooperatives on production of agricultural products (crop production and livestock production) are established:

a) for employers, irrespective of type of property of the employer and type of registration in bodies of Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, including the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the Kyrgyz Republic, monthly from all payment types added for benefit of the hired workers accepted on permanent or temporary work - in the amount of 2 percent in Fund of compulsory medical insurance;

b) for the workers hired on permanent or temporary work irrespective of type of property of the employer and type of registration in bodies of Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, workers, including the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who are constantly living in the Kyrgyz Republic, except for workers-pensioners, monthly from all payment types added in their advantage irrespective of financing sources - in the amount of 10 percent.

Distribution of the amounts of insurance premiums on funds is made in the following sizes:

in the Pension fund - 8 percent;

in the State accumulation pension fund - 2 percent;

for the hired workers specified in the subitem "an" of article 11-1 of this Law - in the amount of 10 percent in the Pension fund;

for workers-pensioners - in the amount of 8 percent in the Pension fund.
