About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rates of insurance premiums on the national social insurance"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rates of insurance premiums on the national social insurance" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 5, the Art. 229) the following changes:
in Item 3 of Article 7:
- word in paragraph one of "Fund of redistribution of agricultural holdings" and "lessor" to replace respectively with words of "The state fund of agricultural holdings" and "lessee";
- state paragraph two in the following edition:
"The insurance premiums brought by the lessee are brought into its personal insurance account.".
Article 2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time to bring the decisions into accord with this Law. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
