About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning registration of the place of residence and the place of stay of physical persons in Ukraine
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:
1. In the Law of Ukraine "About freedom of travel and the free choice of the place of residence in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 15, Art. 232; 2011, No. 23, Art. 160):
The word of "main" to replace 1) in preamble with the word "fundamental", and "acts" shall be replaced with words the word "agreements of Ukraine";
2) in Article 3:
to state the paragraph of the seventh in such edition:
"registration of the place of residence or place of stay of person - introduction of data on the place of residence or the place of stay with indication of the address of one housing of person or the address of specialized social agency, institution of social servicing and social protection, military unit in the documents determined by this Law and in registration accounting of the central executive body which realizes state policy in the field of registration of physical persons (further - body of registration)";
add with the paragraph the ninth such content:
"documents in which data on the place of residence and the place of stay of person are entered, - the passport of the citizen of Ukraine, the temporary certificate of the citizen of Ukraine, the certificate of permanent residence, the certificate of temporary residence, the certificate of the refugee, the certificate of person who needs additional protection, certificates of person to which temporary protection, the certificate of the request for protection in Ukraine is provided";
The paragraph third Article 5 to state 3) in such edition:
"for foreigners and stateless persons - the bases established by the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons";
Article 6 - 8 to state 4) in such edition:
"Article 6. Registration of the place of residence of person
