About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning implementation of public procurements

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1) part the tenth article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About scientific and nauchnotekhnichesky activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 2-3, of Art. 20; 2012, 15, the Art. 101) after words of "The government budget of Ukraine" to add No. with the words "and procedure for carrying out competitive selection of research, scientific and technical and developmental works";

2) Item of 1 part two of article 39 of the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements" (2010, No. 33, the Art. 471) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the words "or purchases of services in accomplishment of nauchnoissledovatelsky, scientific and technical and developmental works which underwent competitive selection in the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
