About modification of the Land code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine concerning work on land management, connected with establishment and change of borders of villages, settlements, cities, areas

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Land code of Ukraine Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27):

The Item "z" of Article 7 to state 1) in such edition:

"h) establishment and change of borders of villages, settlements which are not part of the respective area";

The Item of Article 8 to zlozhit 2) in such edition:

"g) establishment and change of borders of villages, settlements which are not part of the respective area or if the regional council is not formed";

3) in Article 10:

in the word Item "d" of "settlements, villages" to exclude;

add with the Item "e-1" of such content:

"e-1) establishment and change of borders of villages, settlements which are part of the respective area";

"2. Borders of the area, the village, the settlement, the city, the area in the city are established and change on projects of land management concerning establishment (change) of borders of administrative and territorial units.

Projects of land management concerning change of borders of settlements are developed taking into account master plans of settlements";

"2. The decision on establishment and change of borders of villages, settlements which are part of the respective area are accepted by regional council on representation of the relevant village, settlement councils.

The decision on establishment and change of borders of villages, settlements which are not part of the respective area or if the regional council is not formed, are accepted by the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city councils on representation of the relevant village, settlement councils".
