About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning public procurements

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Article part one paragraph two 75, Article part two paragraph two 77, paragraph two of part nine of Article 78 and paragraph two of part five of article 79 of the Economic code of Ukraine (2003, Art. No. No. 18-22, 144) to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

2. In article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About the public kontrolnorevizionny service in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 13, Art. 110; 2006, No. 14, Art. 117; 2007, No. 9, Art. 67; 2010, No. 33, Art. 471):

in the first offer of part four of the word "at all stages of public procurements" to exclude;

in part eight of the word "it is determined by the Head control and auditing department of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "it is established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 33, Art. 471 with subsequent changes):

Item 15 parts one of Article 1 to state 1) in such edition:

"15) monitoring of purchases - systematic observation of holding procedures of public procurements by customers for the purpose of the analysis of their efficiency and proper compliance with law in the field of public procurements";

2) in Article 2:

paragraphs two - the fifth to replace parts one with two paragraphs of such content:

"Operation of This Law extends to the companies determined in Item of 21 part one of article 1 of this Law only in case of implementation of purchases by them at the expense of the public funds determined in item 4 of part one of article 1 of this Law.

Operation of this Law does not extend to cases of the conclusion of employment contracts";

in part three:

the fifteenth to exclude the paragraph;
