About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012" concerning increase in expenses on capital construction and technical retrofitting of the coal-mining companies

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012" (with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of April 12, 2012 No. 4647-VI of May 24, 2012 No. 4866-VI, of June 8, 2012 No. 4961VI, of June 19, 2012 No. 4968-VI, of June 21, 2012 No. 4994-VI, of June 22, 2012 No. 5022-VI and of July 4, 2012 No. 5183-VI, No. 5185 - VI and No. 5186 - VI) such changes:

1) in Article 1:

in part one of figure "369.567.317" and "318.650.513" to replace respectively with figures "370.567.317" and "319.650.513";

in part two of figure "395.451.211,9" and "343.247.270,8" to replace respectively with figures "396.451.211,9" and "344.247.270,8";

To replace 2) in article 3 of figure "9.600.000" with figures "10.600.000";

3) to make changes to appendices No. 1 and No. 3 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012" according to appendices No. 1 and No. 2 to this Law.

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
