About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About some questions of import to customs area of Ukraine and registration of vehicles" concerning wheel vehicles

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About some questions of import to customs area of Ukraine and registration of vehicles" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 34, Art. 435; 2006, No. 8, Art. 93; 2009, No. 16, Art. 219) such changes:

1. In Article 2:

Paragraphs two and third parts one after figures "8703" and "8705" to add 1) with the words "according to UKT foreign trade activities";

Part the second to state 2) in such edition:

"The omission on customs area of Ukraine for the purpose of free circulation and the first registration in Ukraine of vehicles by codes of goods items 8701 20, of 8702, of 8703, of 8704, 8705 according to UKT foreign trade activities both made in Ukraine, and imported on customs area of Ukraine, new and former in use, is performed on condition of their compliance to environmental standards:

it is not lower than the EBPO-3 level - since January 1, 2013, except for it is not lower than the EBPO-3 level of vehicles made in Ukraine or imported on customs area of Ukraine before Date of Introduction of environmental standards as obligatory;

it is not lower than the EBPO-4 level - since January 1, 2014, except for it is not lower than the EBPO-4 level of vehicles made in Ukraine or imported on customs area of Ukraine before Date of Introduction of environmental standards as obligatory;

it is not lower than the EBPO-5 level - since January 1, 2016, except for of the vehicles made in Ukraine or imported on customs area of Ukraine till December 31, 2015 inclusive;

it is not lower than the EBPO-6 level - since January 1, 2018, except for of the vehicles made in Ukraine or imported on customs area of Ukraine till December 31, 2017 inclusive".
