About introduction of amendments to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012" (with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of April 12, 2012 No. 4647-VI) such changes:

In paragraph one of figure "15.000.000" to replace 1) with figures "44.500.000";

2) in Item 1:

add after the paragraph of the sixth with the new paragraph of such content:

"according to obligations of subjects of managing of public sector of economy which enable projects implementation of substitution of natural gas coal of domestic production, according to the protocol on cooperation with National bank of development of People's Republic of China".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the seventh - to consider the ninth respectively paragraphs the eighth - the tenth;

the tenth after words of "national projects" to add the paragraph with the words "subjects of managing of public sector of economy which enable projects implementation of substitution of natural gas coal of domestic production, according to the protocol on cooperation with National bank of development of People's Republic of China".

2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
