About introduction of amendments to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012" (with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of April 12, 2012 No. 4647-VI and of July 30, 2012 No. 5189-VI) such changes:
in paragraph one of figure "44.500.000" to replace with figures "68.800.000";
to add Item 1 after the paragraph of the eighth with the paragraph of such content:
"for financing of projects in the field of agricultural industry for the purpose of implementation of the Memorandum of understanding concerning cooperation in industry of priority projects in agricultural industry".
With respect thereto the ninth and tenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the tenth and eleventh.
2. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.
