Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About non-tax payments" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 5, the Art. 157) the following amendment and change:

The amounts from payments for deduction of the license arrive in budgets of local government bodies.".
2. To replace numbering of the article "19-2" with numbering "19-3".
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
This Law becomes effective after one month from the date of official publication.
