3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.

1. The qualification requirements imposed to the physical persons and legal entities applying for receipt of the license for activities for distribution TV, radio channels include availability:

1) at least one third of total number of the technical specialists having profile higher, technical or professional education in the field of telecommunications and practical experience in at least one year, confirmed with the corresponding copies of diplomas, employment records;

2) obligations on ensuring technical quality of transfer TV, radio channels according to the existing standards in the field of TV and radio broadcasting;
