This Procedure determines the determination mechanism during preprivatization preparation of the size of share which belongs to the state in the authorized capital of the economic organizations founded with participation of the state based on consolidation of property of different patterns of ownership (further - the companies).
2. Action of this Procedure does not extend to cases of determination of the size of share which belongs to the state in the authorized capital:
the economic organization which is created based on leased property or leases property complex;
the companies with foreign investments;
the economic organization created with participation of state bodies of privatization.
