1. The instruction for creation of the act of emergency and technological armor of power supply (daleeinstruktion) is developed according to the subitem 17) of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2004 "About power industry".

The emergency reservation - minimum necessary electric power which giving on object of continuous electric utility service keeps functioning of devices, important for it, and prevents violation of work of critical infrastructure, and also catastrophic ecological, social or economic effects or death of people.
3. Technological reservation - the electric power necessary for the consumer for completion of engineering procedures.
4. The act of emergency and technological armor is constituted in triplicate and is the annex to the contract for power supply and/or the contract for transmission of electricity.
