1. Determine that:

1.1. The territory determined by customs of appointment (or its part) the check point (control Item) through frontier of Ukraine, sea or river port, airport, railway station, free customs zone, division of customs of appointment in which the customs clearance, the companies with continuous cycle of production, cargo customs complex, the territory which adjoins to the central marshaling yard, regional marshaling yard, places of the international post exchange, warehouse of temporary storage or customs warehouse is directly carried out can be delivery location.

1.2. Maintaining the List of delivery locations (further - the List) and entering of changes into it into the single automated information system of customs authorities of Ukraine (further - EAIS of State Customs Service) are performed by the State Customs Service of Ukraine on representation of customs of appointment in form according to appendix to this order.

1.3. According to the decision of the head (authorized by it persons) of customs of appointment to other place, than it is specified in the List, goods can be delivered by road transport:
