2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 29, 2010 No. 1265 "About some questions of provision of the state support on conclusion of domestic production to the foreign markets by cost recovery of exporters" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 3-4, of the Art. 40), except for item 4;
