About modification and amendments in the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355-XVI of December 23, 2005

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355-XVI of December 23, 2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, No. 35-38, of the Art. 148), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In part (2) Article 1 of the word "employees of degrees of jurisdiction, prosecutor's office, government employees," to exclude.

2. In Item c) parts (Article 2 the word "remunerations" to replace 1) with the word "awards".

3. In part (Article 3 of the word "also it is reviewed according to the procedure, determined by the Law on compensation No. 847-XV of February 14, 2002." shall be replaced with words 3) "the law and it is periodically reviewed depending on specific economic conditions and opportunities of the national public budget.".

6. State Chapter IV in the following edition:

"Chapter IV COMPENSATION of the WORKERS PERFORMING MAINTENANCE AND PROVIDING ACTIVITIES of DEGREES OF JURISDICTION, PROSECUTOR'S OFFICES, BODIES of the CENTRAL AND LOCAL PUBLIC AUTHORITY

Art. 9. – The salary of the workers performing maintenance and providing activities of degrees of jurisdiction, prosecutor's offices, bodies of the central and local public authority includes:

a) official pay rate;
