In Regulations about disclosure of information on the rendered services by professional participants of the non-bank financial market approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 8/6 of February 26, 2010 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 81-83, to the Art. 310) registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 751 of May 18 2010, to make the following changes and additions:

To exclude 1) In Item 3 of the word "information transfer to the client on paper or electronic media can be performed only with the consent of the professional participant ".

2) In Item 5:

a) 3) to add the subitem with the words "and as necessary, the address of separate division where services were concluded" at the end;
