About introduction of amendments to Criminal and Criminal procedure codes of Ukraine concerning responsibility for illegal weapon handling and explosive materials

І. Bring such changes in Criminal and Criminal procedure codes of Ukraine:

1. In the Criminal code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, Art. No. 25-26, 131):

1) in Article 263 part one:

in paragraph one of the word "production, repair" to exclude;

in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "from two to five" "from three to seven";

To add 2) with Article 263-1 of such content:
