About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About traffic"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About traffic" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 31, Art. 338; 2009, No. 10-11, of Art. 137; 2012, No. 5, Art. 34; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of March 20, 2012 No. 4555-VI) such changes:

1. In Article 34:

the second offer of part four to exclude;

after part four to add with two new parts of such content:

"For the automated accounting of vehicles which are used on street road net public and are subject to state or departmental registration, and the information about their owners the Unified state register which holder is the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is kept.

The bodies performing departmental registration of vehicles which are used on street road net public after registration (modification of data on registration) of the vehicle instantly submit the information about him to the State traffic inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for introduction them in the Unified state register".

With respect thereto the fifth - the eleventh to consider parts respectively parts seven - the thirteenth;

in part seven:

the paragraph one after words of Armed Forces of Ukraine to add with words of "internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine, the Public special service of transport, Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine, Operational rescue service of civil protection";

after paragraph two to add with five new paragraphs of such content:

"vehicles which belong to internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, - authorized division of body of military management of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;

vehicles which belong to the State Border Service of Ukraine, - authorized division of specially authorized central executive body for protection of frontier;
