1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of transfer of children on adoption (adoption) and control of conditions of their life and education in families of adoptive parents in the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2000 N 275 (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, N 15, by Art. 1590; 2005, N 11, Art. 950; 2006, N 16, the Art. 1748), and in Rules of matching, accounting and training of the citizens who expressed desire to become guardians or custodians of minor citizens or to accept children without parental support, in family on education in other forms established by the family legislation of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 18, 2009 N 423 (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, N 21, the Art. 2572).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2012.
