About modification and amendments in the Law on regulation of business activity by licensing No. 451-XV of July 30, 2001

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Law on regulation of business activity by licensing No. 451-XV of July 30, 2001 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, No. 26-28, of the Art. 95), with subsequent changes to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 8:

", activities for involvement/record of students in the programs of cultural and educational exchange providing temporary paid work during summer vacation;";

add Article with part (4) the following content:

"(4) licensing Conditions, the list of the documents attached to the declaration for receipt of the license, the basis for suspension of action and cancellation of the license for activities for involvement/record of students are provided in the programs of cultural and educational exchange providing temporary paid work during summer vacation in appendix 2 to this law.".

2. Parts (2) and (articles 18 after the word "appendix" in the corresponding case to add 3) with figure "1" in three cases.

3. In appendix to the law to replace the word "Appendix" with the word and figure "Appendix 1".
