Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 22, 2009 No. 1647 "About approval of Rules by determination of the country of goods' origin, creation and issue of the appraisal certificate about goods origin and to registration, the certificate and issue of the certificate of origin" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009 No. 44, the Art. 423) the following changes and amendments:
in the Rules by determination of the country of goods' origin, creation and issue of the appraisal certificate about goods origin and to registration, the certificate and issue of the certificate of origin approved by the specified resolution:
add Item 3 with part two of the following content:
"Unique article number - article number which is applied on each commodity unit and is invariable, acting during the term of the service/validity determined for this type of goods, having structure according to industry standard.";
add Item 51 with part two of the following content:
"On the goods made in the territory of free warehouse and realized by the owner of free warehouse in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, integral part of the certificate of CTKZ is the delivery note containing unique article number which is drawn up on each batch of imported goods. The delivery note is drawn up by the producer and is subject to representation only in case of request of tax or customs authority.";
