The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 24, 2011 No. 1197 "About approval of Rules of agreement signature on application of transfer pricing" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 57, the Art. 818):

in the Rules of agreement signature on application of transfer pricing approved by the specified resolution:

in Item 3:

2) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"2) registration taxpayer number is represented till January 1, 2013, business identification number (individual identification number (for physical persons)) (in case of its availability).";

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication and extends to the legal relations which arose since January 20, 2012.
