1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 18, 2007 No. 508 "About approval of Rules of issue of import permits, export of ozone-depleting substances and products containing them, works with use of ozone-depleting substances, repair, installation, equipment maintenance, containing ozone-depleting substances" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2007, No. 19, the Art. 225) the following changes:
in Rules of issue of import permits, export of ozone-depleting substances and products containing them, works with use of ozone-depleting substances, repair, installation, equipment maintenance, containing the ozone-depleting substances approved by the specified resolution:
appendices 1, 2 to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendices 1, 2 to this resolution;
in appendix 3 to the specified Rules:
in Item 1 of the word "Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity" shall be replaced with words "FEACN CU";
in appendix 5 to the specified Rules:
the words "Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity" shall be replaced with words "FEACN CU".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
