About entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 3, 2009 No. 238 "About approval of Rules of pricing in the controlled markets"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 3, 2009 No. 238 "About approval of Rules of pricing in the controlled markets" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 13, the Art. 93) the following amendments:

in Rules of pricing in the controlled markets approved by the specified resolution:

add Item 2 with subitem 1-2) of the following content:

"1-2) fuel collections - the collection levied by airline for the purpose of compensation of growth of costs for aviation fuel during action of rate for transportation when which calculating to consider this growth were not represented possible;";

add Item 7 with part four of the following content:

"In connection with introduction of fuel collection are applied to the notification on the forthcoming price increase:

1) project of the prices on air transportation service;

2) the copies of agreements confirming value increase of aviation fuel;

3) calculation of requirement of fuel on each aviation route and type of the aircraft. At the same time the requirement of part three of this Item of this case does not extend.";

add Item 8 with part two of the following content:

"By consideration of justification of the prices in connection with introduction of fuel collection the authorized body carries out expertize of the price on the basis of the analysis of the documents submitted by the subject specified in Item 7 of the these rules confirming value increase of aviation fuel.";
