About modification of the Regulations on procedure for forming of required reserves for banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine
According to articles 15 and 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of requirements for forming of required reserves of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine by banks decides:
1. The second offer of Item 4.4 of Chapter 4 of the Regulations on procedure for the forming of required reserves for banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 16.03.2006 No. 91, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 23.03.2006 for No. 312/12186 (with changes) to exclude.
2. To general department of monetary policy (Scherbakova A. A.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this resolution.
