Make change to Rules of trade in precious metals (except bank metals) and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education and semiprecious stones in the crude and processed type and products from them which belong to subjects of business activity on the property right, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 4, 1998 No. 802 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 23, Art. 825; 2003, No. 52, Art. 2823; 2011, to No. 31, the Art. 1329), having stated Item 12 in such edition:

"12. The affined precious metals in standard type and also extracted from subsoil or the recuperated gemstones in the sorted type in case of sale by subjects of their extraction and production which are bought up not redeemed from under pledge jewelry and household products from precious metals, scrap of precious metals and also gemstones of the first procedure first of all are offered National Bank and the Ministry of Finance.

Not purchased by National Bank and the Ministry of Finance the jewelry and household products which are bought up, not redeemed from under pledge from precious metals, buyers and pawnshops sell scrap of precious metals, and also gemstones of the first procedure to processors, the affinaging companies, industrial consumers and physical persons based on the signed agreements of purchase sale.".
