About modification of separate decisions of the Commission of the Customs union concerning temporarily imported cultural values
The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:
1. Bring in Item 16 of the Inventory, the customs duties which are temporarily imported with full conditional release from payment, taxes, the Customs union approved by the Decision of the Commission of June 18, 2010 No. 331 "About approval of the inventory, the customs duties which are temporarily imported with full conditional release from payment, taxes, and also about conditions of such release, including its deadlines", the following changes: after the words "Cultural values" to add with the words "100 years are not more senior"; add with paragraphs second and third the following content:
"Cultural values are more senior than 100 years (the goods which are works of art, objects of collecting and antiques and also other goods which import and export is regulated by the legislation of the Customs union or the legislation of state members of the Customs union) - if such goods remain in property of the foreign person and are imported on a grant basis for demonstration at exhibitions.
Full conditional release from payment of import customs duties, taxes concerning cultural values is more senior than 100 years it is provided for the term of their temporary import.".
