About modification of the Procedure for use of the tax amounts on value added paid by processing enterprises in special fund of the government budget

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for use of the tax amounts on value added paid by processing enterprises in the special fund of the government budget approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2011 No. 246 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 20, Art. 824; 2012, No. 34, the Art. 1259, No. 39, the Art. 1477, No. 50, the Art. 1971), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for use of the tax amounts on value added paid by processing enterprises in special fund of the government budget

1. In Item 5:

Paragraph one to state 1) in such edition:

"5. The grant for young growth is paid to physical persons for content of young growth of cattle (further - young growth) in their households (further - farms) and preserving it to certain age for date of submission of the relevant documents.";

"In case of content by physical persons in the farms of the young growth acquired by its movement from other owners, the budget grant is paid for young growth in the amount of 250 hryvnias for each complete three months of its content in such economy before achievement of fifteen-monthly age by it.
