1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for cost determination of net assets of institutes of joint investment (share and corporate investment funds) approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of July 02, 2002 No. 201, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 24, 2002 for No. 606/6894 (in edition of the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of December 16, 2008 No. 1441) (with changes), such changes:
1.1. In the Section ІІ:
in subitem 13.5 of Item 13 of the word and figures "subitems 12.2.," shall be replaced with words 12.3 these Items also in figures "subitems 13.2., 13.3 these Items";
in Item 16 of the word and figures "Item 12 of this Section" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Item 13 of this Section".
1.2. In the text of the Provision of the word "State Commission on Securities and the Stock Market" in all cases shall be replaced with words "The national commission on securities and the stock market" in the corresponding cases.
