About modification of the Regulations on procedure for forming of required reserves for banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine

According to articles 15 and 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of requirements concerning forming of required reserves by banks the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for forming of required reserves for banks of Ukraine and branches of foreign banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 16.03.2006 No. 91, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 23.03.2006 for No. 312/12186 (with changes), such changes:

1.1. In paragraph three of Item 4.1 and Item 4.7 of Chapter 4 of figure "30" to replace with figures "10".

1.2. In appendix 2:

to add the second column of line 4 with sign "*";

to add the second column of line 5 with signs "**";

add appendix after the table with footnotes of such content:

"* In the last column of this line the amount of means of required reserves which shall be transferred into the separate account in National Bank according to the established size is specified.

** In the last column of this line the amount of means of required reserves which is stored on the separate account for the last date of the accounting period of reservation is specified.".
