About modification of the Instruction about procedure for opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies

According to requirements of Articles 7, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and Sections II and III of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.02.93 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 44 Laws of Ukraine

1. Carry away in the Instruction about procedure for opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 12.11.2003 No. 492, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.12.2003 for No. 1172/8493 (with changes), such changes:

1.1. The thirtieth Item 5.4 of Chapter 5 to state the paragraph in such edition:

"transfer out of limits of Ukraine of foreign currency for payment of the admission or membership fees which are paid as onetime or periodic fees for ensuring the current activities of legal nonresident persons".

1.2. In Chapter 7:

in the paragraph the second Item 7.10 of the word "financial support" shall be replaced with words "the government assistance and social payments which are performed at the expense of means of funds of obligatory national social insurance, and financial support to workers";
