About modification of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 378 "About the qualifiers used for filling of customs declarations" and in the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 288 "About form of the customs receipt order and procedure for filling and application of the customs receipt order

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Make changes to the qualifiers used for filling of customs declarations, approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 378 "About the qualifiers used for filling of customs declarations" according to appendix.

2. Subitem 3 of subitem 10.1 of Item 10 of Section 3 of the Procedure for filling and application of the customs receipt order approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 288 "About form of the customs receipt order and procedure for filling and application of the customs receipt order" to state in the following edition:

"3) "XX" is represented by two-digit digital code of the mode of transport used when moving goods through customs border of the Customs union and can accept values according to the qualifier of modes of transport and transportations of goods approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of September 20, 2010 No. 378.".

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
