About establishment of the tariff quota and amount of the tariff quota on import of separate types of whey to single customs area of the Customs union

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Section 2.27 of the Single inventory to which prohibitions or import restrictions or export by state members of the Customs union within the Eurasian economic community in trade with the third countries approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 16, 2012 N 134 "About regulatory legal acts in the field of non-tariff regulation" to add with line item according to appendix 1 are applied.

2. Establish for the period till December 31, 2012 the tariff quota on import of separate types of whey, and also amounts of the tariff quota to import of the specified goods to single customs area of the Customs union according to appendix 2.

3. Determine that the tariff quota is applied to the goods placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption, except for goods imported on single customs area of the Customs union, occurring and imported from the State Parties of the CIS.

4. Ask the Russian side:

- perform distribution of amount of the tariff quota between participants of foreign trade activity in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;

- charge to authorized state bodies of the executive authority to perform issue of licenses for import of separate types of whey concerning which the tariff quota, with provision of information on the granted licenses in the Eurasian economic commission is established.

5. This Decision becomes effective after thirty calendar days from the date of its official publication if other is not established by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission.
