in Rules of the choice of the external asset managers of National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
add with Item 15-1 of the following content:
"15-1. If the external managing director exercising external control of gold and exchange assets of National Bank meets the criteria established by Items 19-1 and 19-2 of these rules, then according to the decision of the Plenipotentiary, Chairman or Vice-chairman supervising authorized division, its candidate is submitted for consideration of Board of National Bank without holding the procedures provided by Items 16, of 17, of 18 and 19 these rules.";
