About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of December 20, 2010 No. 428

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of December 20, 2010 No. 428 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for evaluating knowledge of specialists of job seekers of special permissions (licenses) (licensees) intending to perform (performing) security activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011 for No. 16, 8/23278) the following changes:
1.1. in the name and Item 1 to replace the word of "specialists" with the word of "workers";
1.2. in the Instruction about procedure for evaluating knowledge of specialists of job seekers of special permissions (licenses) (licensees) intending to perform (performing) security activities approved by this resolution:
in the name, Item 1, paragraphs second and third Item 2, 5, paragraphs second and third Item parts two 7, Item part one Items 8-15, 17, Item parts two 18, Items 19-21 the word "specialist" to replace Item parts two with the word "worker" in the corresponding case and number;
in signature stamp and the text of appendix to this Instruction to replace the word "specialist" with the word "worker" in the corresponding case and number.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
