In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic "About profit and loss budgets of large state taxpayers" of June 9, 2005 No. 102 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic 2005, No. 6, Article 538; 2009, No. 9, Article 757; 2010, No. 4, Article 371) to make the following changes:
1.1. in word preamble "State oil company, JSC Azenerzhi, Azerigaz Ltd, the State railroad, the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies" shall be replaced with words "legal entities, stocks (shares) of which are owned by the state, a part of the system of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic, JSC Azenerzhi, Zheleznye dorogi Azerbaydzhana Ltd, the Ministries of Communications and Information Technologies", words "Azerbaydzhan Hava Yollary Group shall be replaced with words "Azerbaijan Hava Ltd of Yollara" after words of "The Caspian sea shipping company" to add the word "JSC Bakyelektrikshebeke;
1.2. give parts 2-4 in the following edition and add part 4-1 in the following edition:
"2. Annually till December 1 to provide to large state taxpayers for approval drafts of the profit and loss budget for the next year and the appropriate investing programs in the relevant industry ministry, and also the Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Azerbaijan Republic.
