About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" concerning ensuring reliable (uninterrupted) supply of electrical energy to consumers and investments into infrastructure

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 1, Art. 1 with subsequent changes) such changes:

Article 1 to add 1) with paragraphs of such content:

"emergency situation in the integrated power system of Ukraine - situation in case of which there is threat of violation of operating mode of the integrated power system of Ukraine or its separate parts, in particular, as a result of deficit of electrical energy and/or capacity of decrease in frequency is lower than maximum permissible borders, violation of the mode of admissible overflows and overload of network elements, undervoltage in control points of power supply system to emergency level;

auxiliary measures for ensuring permanent functioning of the integrated power system Ukrainykompleks of works on control of technical condition and the organization of operation of the energy equipment, on development and deployment of antiemergency measures, on development of regulating documents, nauchnoissledovatelsky and design decisions;

operational safety of functioning of the integrated power system of Ukraine - capability of the integrated power system of Ukraine to provide its reliable functioning with normative indicators of service quality on electric utility service in usual conditions and in the conditions of emergency situations";

Article 7 to add 2) with parts two - heel of such content:

"For the purpose of ensuring reliable (uninterrupted) supply to consumers of electrical energy as the making energy security of Ukraine standards of operational safety of functioning of the integrated power system of Ukraine and indicators of service quality on electric utility service are entered.

Standards of operational safety of functioning of the integrated power system of Ukraine establish provisions relatively:

ensuring reliability of power networks and bonds between the integrated power system of Ukraine and power systems of other states;
