About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About National Archive Fund and archive organizations"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About National Archive Fund and archive organizations" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No. 11, Art. 81; 2007, No. 10, Art. 91; 2011, No. 23, Art. 160) such changes:

1. To add Article 1 after the paragraph of the fourth with the new paragraph of such content:

"examination of value of documents - comprehensive study of documents for the purpose of their entering into National Archive Fund or withdrawals from it, carrying out money value of documents of National Archive Fund, their reference to unique and establishments of storage durations of documents which are not subject to entering into National Archive Fund".

With respect thereto the fifth - the seventeenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the sixth - the eighteenth.

2. In Article 6:

The name to state 1) in such edition:

"Article 6. Entering of documents into National Archive Fund and withdrawal of documents from it";
